Holiday shipping information:

Orders placed before November 26 will be delivered by Christmas.

Orders placed after November 26 are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas, but there is still a possibility. 

Shipping Information outside of the holiday season:

We are based in the Netherlands and use PostNL for shipping. Orders are processed and shipped only on Thursday and Saturdays.

If you need your order shipped earlier, please contact us using the contact form, or simply email info@moodsamsterdam.com .

  • Within the Netherlands: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.
  • Within the EU: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Outside the EU: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or postal service delays.
